We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason. There is nothing more important to us than our customer’s safety and well-being. For this reason, we have reviewed our standard disease-control processes and have revisited and enhanced these practices considering the recent Corona Virus concerns.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.
Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients a discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Care Credit, and Secret Medspa Gift Cards. Gratuity is not included in service pricing and may be added to credit card charges, gift cards, and checks at the time of check out. Gratuity for your service provider is optional and left to the discretion of each patient at the time of appointment.
Secret Medspa Gift Cards should be treated as cash. All sales are final; gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. Gift Cards contain a value that may be used to purchase products and services, however, they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Please present your Secret Medspa Gift Card upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your gift card balance. All remaining balances cannot be redeemed for cash. Secret Medspa is not responsible if the card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. Please call 915-526-5656 for assistance with any questions.
To confirm your desired appointment, a $25 booking fee is required at the time of booking all services/procedures and a $50 fee with our nurse ($100 on Saturday) to guarantee your reservation. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment/procedure. If the appointment is missed, the deposit is non-refundable will be applied to the cancellation or no-show fee (unless a 24hour notice is given.)
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy for Services/Treatments
Due to the increased number of missed and/or canceled appointments, the office now has found it necessary to charge a $25 fee or a $50 fee if booked with the nurse ($100 on Saturday) if a 24 hours’ notice is not given. This will be due prior to rescheduling your next appointment if a deposit was never received upon booking.
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for patients. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us by phone or email 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. It is important that you cancel and/or reschedule with our office during business hours (Tuesday through Saturday). All rescheduling/cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 or $50 fee ($100 on Saturday with the nurse) and will be charged before your next treatment. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our rescheduling/cancellation policy.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. We have the right to reschedule your appointment to give you quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments.
While we strive to make our clients as happy as possible all services are final sale. We do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only.
Payment & Gratuity Policy
Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment. We may offer payment plans and we do offer Care Credit, and you can apply online before your visit or treatment. All services are a final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services including but not limited to, laser hair removal, SculpSure, Kybella, Botox, any Juvederm product, Eyelash Services, Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, Facial Treatments, and all skincare & Eyelash products and more. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit; we do not accept checks.
